Cinemas
When I was a child, my father described three types of days on holiday: A-day, sunny and on the beach (hurrah), B-Day, cloudy and visiting museums and churches (yawn) and C-Day, indoors and playing cards (no computer games then) or going to the cinema (terrific).
In Cannes, as you might expect, there is no shortage of cinemas but only one shows films in their original language, (VO = version originale). It's at 77 rue Félix Faure and is called Les Arcades - the site is in French but all you have to know is séances means times of showings.
